9. If there are close relatives - citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, copies of documents certifying the degree of kinship with a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a copy of the identity card (notarized) shall be submitted;
10. Document on payment of state duty for each applicant (state duty is 1 MCI*, paid on the account KZ24070105KSN0000000, code 108126 transferred to the State Revenue Department of Baikonyr district);
11. Certificate of cessation or absence of citizenship of another state.

List of documents required for admission to the citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan (for citizens of Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, as well as for women falling under the Convention on the Citizenship of Married Women):

2. Statement of renunciation of former citizenship addressed to the President of his/her state (notarized);

6. Obligation to comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
7. Copy of the document proving identity and citizenship of one of the countries-participants of the Agreement;
8. Copies of marriage and birth certificates (notarized);
9. From children aged 14 to 18 years old, a statement of consent to the adoption of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan (notarized) is required for citizens of Russia, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus;
10. If there are close relatives - citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, copies of documents certifying the degree of kinship with a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a copy of his/her identity card (notarized) shall be submitted;
11. Document on payment of the state duty for each applicant (the state duty is 1 MCI* to be paid on the account KZ24070105KSN0000000, code 108126 to the State Revenue Department (UGC) at the place of permanent registration of the foreigner).

2. Copy and original (for verification) of a foreign passport, document of a stateless person of the applicant, the validity period of which on the day of application exceeds 180 calendar days (if the passport is in a foreign language, a notarized translation of the passport is required);
3. In case of joint application, copies and original (for verification) of the child's birth certificate or other document certifying the identity of the child under 16 years of age;
4. Document on confirmation of solvency according to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan №531 “On approval of the Rules of confirmation by foreigners and stateless persons applying for permanent residence permits in the Republic of Kazakhstan, their solvency during their stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, except for ethnic Kazakhs, former compatriots who were born or previously held citizenship of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic or the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as persons who have a criminal record of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Document on criminal record (lack of criminal record) in the state of citizenship and or permanent residence, issued by the competent authority of the relevant state.
6. Notarized consent of a child aged 14 to 18 years for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the case of application of the child together with his/her parents;
7. Notarized contract (for foreigners confirming their solvency during their stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan) by an individual or legal entity, or notarized consent of an individual or legal entity to provide the applicant with a dwelling for residence and permanent registration for a period of not less than 180 calendar days;
8. Certificate of medical examination of the foreigner on the absence of diseases, the presence of which prohibits the entry of foreigners and stateless persons in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan from September 30, 2011 № 664 “On approval of the list of diseases, the presence of which prohibits the entry of foreigners and stateless persons in the Republic of Kazakhstan” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts № 7274) form -028U;
9. 1 photo 3.5x4.5;
10. Document on payment of state duty for each applicant (state fee 4 MCI to be paid on IBAN KZ24070105KSN0000000, code 108126 to the state income department (UGD) at the place of registration of the foreigner);
11. Certificate of fingerprint registration (dactyloscopy, at the place of registration of foreigners).
