- Original identification document of the foreigner
- Individual Identification Number, IIN (only when obtaining a temporary residence permit)

- Where should the dactyloscopy procedure be carried out?When applying for a visa, TRP, and RP within the territory of Kazakhstan, dactyloscopy can be conducted at the police units.

Verification
If a foreign national has previously undergone fingerprint registration when applying for a TRP, visa, or PRP, then upon subsequent application for renewal, a verification procedure is carried out - a check of the previously recorded data in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Refusal to undergo mandatory fingerprint registration or verification entails administrative liability in the form of deportation from the country (Article 443-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Administrative Infractions”). At the same time, the receiving (inviting) party bears no responsibility if the foreign national fails to fulfill this requirement independently.
